The Five Steps To You – Part II

steps-to-you

You are never alone.  If at any time you experience loneliness and question your existence, ask yourself, what fears are coming up?  What do you need to learn from these emotions?  This is your subconscious mind and your inheritance of limited beliefs creating the illusion of being alone.

Everything and everyone has a purpose in life. You matter; in fact you are matter, in whatever form or shape. So in the grand scheme of things, you can not be alone. There is help around the corner, you just have to ask for help.  As written in The Phoenix Effect, when you ask The Creator / Source / Universe for help, you have to understand that your life is going to change.

You are here because you chose to be where you are at this point in your life.  Your karmic journey has brought you to where you are supposed to be to learn.  Each time you ask for something and you have to wait, you need to ask yourself what is it you need to learn from this experience.  What is the self-realization?  You are at your most optimal level each time you question where you are heading and who you are?  These questions open the channels to your psyche whereby signs and answers start to appear. We just need to raise our awareness, we need to be aware of everything that is happening around us.  One of the reasons we experience bouts of being alone or loneliness is probably because we are disconnected from everything taking place around us. You are what you are but that does not mean that is the end of it.  If you are continuously settling for what you are at the moment, how will you look beyond to where you need to be?  How can you move beyond? In order to be connected, you must go beyond being mindful, you must reclaim your power of being one with All That Is. This takes time and practice.

Step 1                   Stop over thinking and analyzing

just breathe, and be conscious of what is changing around you and in you. Find out what will make you happy. Write a list, review it, and then rewrite what is truly in your heart.  We have allowed our ego and pride in many instances to make choices that brought us temporary joy.  It’s now time to allow our hearts to take us on a journey of self-discovery. You can review your list as many times as you like. The key is to be excited about what will help your evolution… be excited about your own potential.

Step 2                   Forgive yourself by learning

understand your self-realizations from the experiences you have had and will live through. Review the times when you felt the most happiest, successful, abundant. What were the values or talents you employed at that time. What happened at the times when you were not as happy, successful nor abundant. What role did you play at that time. Treat the past as a record of how you got here and what you did to get to where you are – it was all part of your karmic story. If you are not learning, you are stagnant. One of the traits of a great leader is knowing that the learning is essential for growth, for success.

Step 3                   Clarity

once you start Step 2, you will start to realize that you are gaining clarity for your next steps of finding your passion. Do something different with yourself today be they hobbies or activities, create goals, and see what makes you happy to be alive. Celebrate your life! Fear of the unknown is normal and is inherent in all of us. We just differ in how we allow it to govern our lives or conquer it.

Step 4                   Passion

once you have discovered your passion, build on it. Is it fitness? Go out and get fit! Is it to become more mindfully aware?  Is it to become rich? Find out the ethical options that brings joy, fun and abundant rewards, from a higher perspective. Go out and find your rhythm, the rhythm that brings you close to God, the rhythm that brings you in alignment with the Universal dance of creation. Once you have discovered your passion, you will discover your path. You will not know if it is good, if it is the one for you unless you embark on it. Become passionate about discovering your passion, your path. Remember : you can always ask for Divine help and guidance.

Step 5                   Your move

this is not a be-all methodology. This is just to get you started.  Add your own steps to follow up on your purpose.

Whatever you do within these steps, sit and reflect on each aspect.  Go inwards, ask your inner voice, ask God, ask your body, ask the Universe, does this make your heart sing?  Then just listen. Then move on to the next one on your list, asking yourself if it will bring you utmost joy. Is it in alignment with your life’s goals? Is it in alignment with your soul’s purpose? You will recognize the signs of your purpose.  Will you be able to support yourself / your family? Will it improve your current situation?  The answers can come only from you and God, the Source, the Universe. What is the best for you?  What other virtues, values, skills or talents do you need to become an inspirational leader?  The key is to know that as you focus on improving yourself, you will organically develop the qualities you need to take you onto your next step.

It’s great to have questions…it’s even better to sit in silent meditation and listen to the answers.

I would love to hear your own personal stories of self-discovery; after all, we are here to inspire each other to succeed.  Your story may just make the difference in my life.
